🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy
We operate on a Payment First basis. All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 36 hours. Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.

🔁 Returns & Refund Policy
✔︎ Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged.
We take pride in the quality of our products. In the rare case that you receive a damaged item, you may request a return or exchange, provided that:

Clear photo or video evidence of the damage is submitted

The item is unused and returned in its original packaging

damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Items returned used, incomplete, or without proper packaging will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
